The Cybex Sirona M2 i-Size allows you to transport your child in a rear-facing mode from birth up to a height of 105 cm. The seat can also be used in a forward-facing mode which is suitable for children who have reached 16 months of life and a height of 76 cm and taller. The Click-in systems makes it easy to change the car seat's driving direction.

The built-in linear side-impact protectors fold out on the door side of the car seat and increase the level of safety in the event of a side impact. In combination with the head and shoulder protectors, the L.S.P. system reduces the force of a side impact. Furthermore, installing the car seat in a rear-facing mode reduces the risk of injury in case of a head-on collision considerably.

「亞洲最美空姐」2張照引暴動！網友神到本尊心動了

「我以後都要搭這班飛機！」搭機出國時，如果遇到漂亮或帥氣的空服員，目光都會多停留一下，一名網友13日在臉書發文，透露搭乘馬來西亞一架班機時，發現一名外型亮眼的空姐，他忍不住拍下2張對方工作時的倩影，照片曝光後引起大批網友討論，還有人神出本人的臉書，甚至封她為「亞洲最美空姐」。

隨著網路瘋傳，有網友也神出這名空姐的臉書，原來名叫Mabel的她來自馬來西亞吉隆坡，今年24歲，畢業於思特雅大學（UCSI University），對於被偷拍意外爆紅，她本人感到相當訝異，表示「真的很不可思議！因為偷拍的照片其實很普通，為什麼會突然有這麼多人來關注我呢？」如今她的IG有超過7.4萬名粉絲追蹤，人氣水漲船高，她也不吝嗇和網友分享生活動態，讓人看到她在私底下俏皮的一面，但有人也發現她似乎名花有主，讓許多男網友相當扼腕。

退休後他們開始想工作！

退休人生該如何樂活？是許多老人家想要尋找的答案。（圖片來源／pexels）

台灣已邁入高齡社會，目前平均每7人當中就有1位年齡超過65歲，人口老化程度不斷加速，有專家推估台灣2026年每5人中有1個65歲以上的老年人。而工作大半輩子，退休人生該如何樂活？是許多老人家想要尋找的答案。

「退休失敗」的困境，同樣發生在台灣

「退休失敗」的情況在退休族中屢見不顯。日本政府為了讓有工作意願的老年人能工作到70歲，未來將開始討論修改現行規定，如：企業有義務繼續雇用員工作年齡從65歲調至70歲。不過為了避免老年人工資大幅下降，日本政府也將和民營企業共同調整薪酬體系。

在日本3人中就有2人希望65歲之後繼續工作；在美國65歲以上有近四成的退休老人又重新開始工作；在台灣根據《退休生活滿意度》趨勢觀察，竟然高達近半數退休族不滿意退休生活。

貢獻型退休族群，滿足感最大！

104資訊科技集團協理李明倫分析，若將退休族群分為3類，分別為：貢獻型、玩樂型、照顧型，其中「貢獻型」生活滿意度最高，所謂貢獻型通常指透過教學、演講、志工或導覽解說分享知識、傳承經驗。此類型高年級退休生活滿意度達75%。

高齡84歲孫若澂奶奶，是最資深的故宮領路人，豐富的導覽經驗，被上海遊客喻為「故宮的一寶」。她退休之前就計畫著退休生活，通過兩關口試，考取了宮導覽志工執照。成為好的故宮導覽嚴格說來並不容易，尤其在故宮常設展三個月輪展一次，換展時對新手志工來是最大挑戰。孫若澂奶奶會事先用手抄寫展品旁的簡易說明當作小抄，回去再找資料補充，慢慢地才逐漸上手。20年的退休志工生涯中，她仍不斷精進自己，並期許自己能做到不能做為止！

退休後當導覽，知識累積、結交好友更讓心胸開闊

71歲的何老師，是牙醫退休。精通中英日文的他，考取英、日語導遊證照，目前在龍山寺板橋文化廣場當講師、在監察院古蹟導覽志工。何先生認為做志工或是導覽，不只是一個休閒，而是對於知識的累積，透過導覽結交各國好友豐富眼界，也讓內心更具包容力。何先生感嘆的說「當一個解說老師是幸福的，因為他會看到很多你們看不到的美麗的建築，但是也是很悲哀的，他看到這些建築一棟一棟地就被拆掉了。」

「104高年級」活動類型，導覽占57%、課程占29%、烹飪占13%、顧問占1%，導覽類型從文史、生態到景觀輕旅行等，現已有50位高年級導覽員，平均61歲，當中更有18%超過70歲，男性相對活躍、大方分享，男女比3:1，每次為導覽老師帶來3,400元收入。參加導覽的觀眾，將近六成超過60歲，高達七成是退休者，女性觀眾居多，女男比7：3，參與動機多為對活動主題或地點有興趣、好奇嘗試新事物等。「下半場的退休人生該如何規劃？」是一個必須及早考慮與規劃的重要課題。
