The Britax Römer i-Size Flex Base provides a safe and ergonomic recline position for your child. The Flex Base is to be connected to the Isofix anchor points of your car by using the Isofix hooks. After that, you simply need to click the infant car seat onto the base and you are ready to go. With only a flick of the wrist on the back of the infant car seat makes releasing it even simpler. The inclination of the Flex Base can be adjusted in four different levels and ensures a flatter position of the infant car seat even in case of more inclined seats in your car.

墨首位左翼總統上任彭斯、伊凡卡抵墨前使館爆炸

墨西哥首位左派總統羅培茲，1日宣誓就職，多國領袖到場祝賀，美國派副總統彭斯與第一千金參加祝賀，但在他們抵達前，墨西哥第2大城瓜達拉哈拉的美國領事館，卻遭人丟擲爆裂物攻擊，幸好沒人受傷。

國會議員：「新總統！」

在國會議員的歡呼聲中，墨西哥新任總統羅培茲，上台宣誓就職。

墨西哥總統羅培茲：「我宣誓盡全力守護墨西哥合眾國的憲政。」

65歲的羅培茲是墨西哥這70年來，第1位選出的左派總統，儘管挾著高人氣，在全國一片歡欣鼓舞的氣氛中上任，羅培茲的總統任期，卻挑戰重重，面臨國家長期貧困、貪汙腐敗與幫派暴力嚴重等問題，民眾都期待他能帶來真正的改革。

墨西哥總統羅培茲：「我再次保證不欺騙、不偷竊、不會背叛墨西哥人民！」

墨西哥新總統上任，各國領袖都來祝賀，委內瑞拉總統馬杜洛，出席羅培茲就職典禮，卻引發墨國民眾抗議，在國會高舉布條標語，不歡迎獨裁者蒞臨。而美國派出副總統彭斯與第一千金伊凡卡，到場祝賀。

美國副總統彭斯：「國土安全部長將留下來繼續與墨國新政府對話，希望能達成協議，允許美國在處理庇護申請時，難民能留在墨西哥。」

只是美國駐墨西哥瓜達拉哈拉領事館，前一晚卻遭人丟擲爆裂物攻擊，外牆炸出40公分大洞，雖然沒人受傷，但嫌犯逃逸無蹤，而且時機敏感，就在彭斯與伊凡卡抵達之前，看來墨西哥想改善暴力治安，只怕長路迢迢。

嚇！長時間盯電腦竟害他乾眼症角膜糜爛險失明

天天緊盯電腦螢幕，台中一名40歲工程師，就因為工作量大、用眼過度，眼睛紅、腫又發痛，各種不適持續快1個月，且視力逐漸模糊，就醫仔細檢查發現角膜破皮嚴重，已造成角膜白斑霧化，合併重度結膜發炎，確診為乾眼症併角膜上皮糜爛，差點就賠上視力。

亞洲大學附屬醫院眼角膜暨眼整形科主任江鈞綺表示，男子長時間待在無塵室工作，每天需緊盯著電腦螢幕，長期用眼過度、又處於乾燥的工作環境下，早就經常感到眼睛乾澀、疲勞。

近1個月來男子症狀加劇，眼球常出現紅腫、溢淚、畏光、視力模糊等現象，一次更差點因為輸錯程式碼導致系統異常，才嚇得趕緊就醫，經醫療團隊採用自體血清眼藥水與藥物治療雙管齊下，視力順利從0.1進步到0.9，狀況持續轉好。

江鈞綺指出，乾眼症是指淚液不穩定，造成眼表生理平衡失調，淚水滲透壓上升、眼睛表面發炎影響視力，甚至眼睛神經調控異常，而常見成因包括長時間配戴隱形眼鏡、使用3C產品、室內開空調導致濕度不足、睡眠不足、生活壓力大、內分泌系統失調或風濕免疫疾患等。

江鈞綺強調，乾眼症不單只是症狀，而是一個多因性疾病，千萬不能輕忽，若置之不理，嚴重恐因角膜上皮破裂，待結疤形成角膜白斑，甚至可能擋住瞳孔造成失明。

乾眼症多半會先以人工淚液治療，至於症狀較嚴重者，經醫師評估後會建議採自體血清眼藥水治療，需抽取患者的血液分離出血清，經適當處理後製成眼藥水，修復受損的眼球表面，再搭配藥物治療。

江鈞綺提醒，民眾護眼，平時應避免過度使用3C產品，也可以多補充富含深海魚油Omega-3、花青素等食物，早晚洗臉後用溫毛巾熱敷眼睛5至10分鐘，並多運動、多眨眼，以幫助淚液分泌，出門時配戴防風鏡或太陽眼鏡，減少眼睛淚液層的破壞，避免乾眼症上身。
