The infant car seat Baby Safe 2 i-Size by Britax Römer offers plenty of space to grow and provides a flat recline position. The special edition Nordic Grey features a distinctive design. Being equipped with a comfortably soft design cover, stylish ornamental seams and an extendable sun canopy contributes to its unique aesthetic appeal and ensures a luxurious appearance for all new parents.

Attaching the infant car seat by using the Britax Römer Baby Safe i-Size Flex Base or the Baby Safe i-Size Base (not included in delivery!) is very simple. Colour indicators signalise whether the infant car seat has been installed correctly and provide additional safety. Alternatively, you can install the infant car seat Baby Safe 2 i-Size by using your car's own seat belt.

 7617億競選支票 賴稱多已核定

行政院長賴清德昨到立院報告普悠瑪事件，國民黨團書記長曾銘宗質詢賴清德在選舉期間「重綠輕藍」，至各縣市大開選舉政策支票，經統計，總額高達7617.6億元；賴清德解釋，這些許多行政院都已經核定過，「我只是去宣布」，況且重綠輕藍也不是事實，他任內就核定近千億預算給新北市。

曾銘宗指出，賴清德今年大選前在全台大開支票，金額高達7617.6億元，而且多數都集中在民進黨執政地區，比如彰化就拿到超過千億元、台中超過240億元、高雄高達2064億元，而國民黨執政的縣市拿到的都很少。

賴清德解釋，他不是候選人，不可能開支票，而且各縣市都有本身的建設計畫，蔡英文總統上任兩年就已經做了各種審查，而有些已經通過的審查，他只是去「宣布」這些通過審查的案子。

他也強調，沒有偏袒綠營縣市，例如他任內就核定近千億給新北市，比如新北市捷運萬大樹林線已核定550億元、台北港110多億元等，很多建設都是長期的，地方要推動建設，中央要協助是藍綠皆然的。

曾銘宗質疑，苗栗縣只分到6000多萬元，明顯與高雄差距太大；賴清德反問，苗栗到底提了哪個計畫該給但是沒給的？苗栗也沒提輕軌，也沒提其他重大建設。

曾銘宗追問，賴開出的7617.6億元支票會不會兌現？賴清德強調，他宣布的都是已核定、部會已審查通過。但曾銘宗質疑，有些未經政院核定？賴清德回答，至少有給可行性規畫的經費；賴也強調，地方有沒有能力負擔建設，都是由地方政府評估後提出，不會是行政院主動給的。

從同學到結婚、認識四十幾年、結婚三十年，就算天塌下，你忘了我，我依舊牽起你的手。這句話大概是人稱「邱小弟」的邱孟暉和另一半素美姐最好的詮釋，因為老天爺一場玩笑，讓邱小弟被確診失智，經過太太的鼓勵和幫助，仍可以拿起麥克風，穿起西裝，主持一場成功的首映會，打破社會對失智者歧視和限制。

衛福部邀請失智十年患者邱小弟，擔任宣導影片「I Can：雖然失智，但我仍可以」首映會主持人，邱小弟接受《CNEWS匯流新聞網》專訪時表示，自身是失智症年輕型患者，已經罹病近十年，失智不可怕，失智仍具備一定能力沒有喪失，希望社會能給失智者多一點空間，同時也表達對另一半的感謝，「沒有她支持無法走到今天」。

身為邱小弟的另一半，素梅姐回憶，「當知道老公失智時，像是天塌下來，覺得完蛋了！腦中盤旋很多怎麼辦或是要不要，要不要繼續上班？要不要賣房子？」後來受到失智症協會和外界援助，尤其是家人、婆家、小孩支持，才逐漸一步一步恢復正常生活，一路平安順遂走來，「現在是第十年，繼續維持良好情況，希望能再牽手十年、二十年」。

素梅姐說，一路走來的艱辛無法用三兩言語表達，所有失智家屬心情都是如此，期盼社會能給予支持，「對於失智症患者來說，友善社區非常需要。丈夫狀況很好，在外面不會有異常行為，但我們其他的失智夥伴，有很多會做出讓大眾比較難以理解的事情，如發出不同聲響，引人側目，或是討厭的眼光對待，對他們來說是一種很大的傷害。」

素梅姐提到，她和丈夫從同學到結婚，認識四十幾年，結婚三十年，先生常常說「我逃不過妳的法眼！」「他只要嘴巴張開或是一個眼神，我就知道他心裡在想什麼，默契十足。正是這樣的默契支持著他，加上我常常鼓勵他，讓他擁有百分百的安全感。」

「要失智症患者做一件新的事情很不容易，像先生擔任主持人的工作，練習了一整個禮拜，才能毫無差錯地完成，這件事情對一般人來說可能很容易，但對他們來說很不容易，因為他們很需要鼓勵，需要時間、空間，讓他們透過不斷的練習，就能看見他們的能力。」

邱先生在治療失智症過程中，醫師指出腦可以再度開發，透過練習，養成自然與習慣，甚至還能將歌詞記住與妻子合唱台語歌曲，不管從外表或是行為來看，很難認為他是一位失智症患者。

最後，素梅姐呼籲大眾，65歲以前被確診失智，是年輕型患者，而患者本身還是具備很多能力，沒有喪失，依舊能做很多事情，給予一些空間，透過一些方式發展能力，可能一開始會忘記，只要多一點耐心和提示，幫助他們，不斷的練習，習慣成自然，當很多事情變成習慣，患者做起來會很有信心，期盼社會能夠給予患者多一點友善與支持。
