弱雞宅宅大翻身！他曝肌肉男養成秘訣「不想變大叔」

國外一名35歲男子哈里森(Mike Harrison)過去是一名終日宅在家中打遊戲的失業男，從小就常被同學嘲笑太過瘦弱。不過他決定奮發圖強，遠離遊戲去健身房運動，最終成功增加70磅(約31.7公斤)成為肌肉男，甚至參加健美比賽，讓許多人直呼不可置信。

據英國《太陽報》報導，哈里森從小就遭同學嘲笑太瘦弱，雖然他認為這些玩笑無傷大雅，但仍對自己的身材相當不滿意，他回憶自己在2006年時，每天不吃早餐、午餐只吃麥片、晚餐吃雞肉，有時吃迷你披薩當宵夜，體重只有120磅(約54.4公斤)。

哈里森表示「我真的不想30歲時就擁有大叔身材」，於是選擇走入健身房，但他曾因感到「害羞」而放棄，「每當我舉最輕重量、甚至沒有槓鈴片的槓鈴時，我就覺得非常尷尬。」不過之後，哈里森選擇早上人較少時健身，這次他成功堅持下去，一週健身5次，「首先腹肌開始出現，接著二頭肌和胸肌都愈來愈明顯」，8個月後哈里森的體態已經完全轉變。

哈里森現在除了一週5次健身，還會配合飲食鍛鍊肌肉，早、晚餐進食咖哩雞胸肉飯，午餐則吃自製蕃茄牛肉及2個烤地瓜，蛋白粉也不可或缺。漸漸地，哈里森穿衣尺寸漸大，腰圍從28吋增至32吋，更在2016年參加健美比賽，雖然最終落敗，但他沒有失望，「我的轉變對我來說已是一種成就，從沒想過自己可以變成這樣。」

打噴嚏竟送命！澳洲新南威爾斯州獵人谷(Hunter Valley)一名34歲男子保羅(Paul Doe)在當地時間2日中午時，突然連續打了20幾次噴嚏，接著就癱倒在地板上，一開始他的妻子貝琳達(Belinda)還以為是開玩笑，沒想到保羅就這樣天人永隔。

根據外媒報導，貝琳達透露，因為保羅平時就喜歡做些怪事逗家人開心，因此在保羅連打20幾次噴嚏，接著癱倒在地板上時，她還以為是開玩笑，直到她叫保羅起身，但保羅一點反應都沒有，這才覺得事態嚴重，立刻將保羅送醫，但經過搶救後，保羅還是回天乏術。

醫師表示，目前尚未確定保羅的最終死因，但發現保羅的心臟有氣腫和有缺陷的主動脈瓣。令人難過的是，保羅去世前一天才跟同事說「已經等不及父親節了」，表示兒子特拉維斯(Travis)將會給他一個大大的擁抱和親吻，沒想到卻再也見不到人。
